For me, I'd rather we looked elsewhere. Gunny is a proper legend...

...and no doubt the players he likes play for him, but for me his tactics leave a lot to be desired, his team selections can be odd, he seems unable to influence a game and change it and his constant criticism of the referees is a joke, even if it is true most of the time.

For me, Steve Tilson or Dave Penney would be good alternatives. Mark Robins also not bad.
