roy keane wouldn't have negotiated any of the fee's he paid... he just highlights the player and c.e will do the rest. Sometimes a manager will say no way thats too much... but other than that its down to the club to do the negotiating.. So if the club where happy to pay it, and he wanted the players more fool the club imo.
