Top rate income tax up to 50%

The top rate of income tax, starting at ?150,000, will rise to 50p in the pound, not 45p in the pound as planned, from next year - ie just before the election - not 2011.

I'd whack a 500% tax on private cosmetic surgery and personalised license plates.
