I take your point here, but I hear this every manager we have too

"but he did it the wrong way" or "it went wrong and they had to go"

The only point it goes wrong, is when the faith or the belief in what they're trying to do dies, and fans or the board turn on those long term ideas

Hence the leap of faith post

I mean, the next time we have an agm night. It would be nice if productive questions are asked instead of "an evening about darren huckerby"

It's that sort of attitude as to why we're in trouble, no one letting go of anything, and not wanting to move on
