go to the 'address bar' at the top of the window for the page you want to link to

select the address (it starts with User Posted Link so that it is hiighlighted in blue. Now press Ctrl and hold it down and press the 'C' key on your keyboard). This 'copies' the link. Then go to the window where you want to post the link, and put the cursor where you want the link to appear. Press and hold down 'Ctrl' again and this time press the 'V' key to paste.
