This is the response the Trust always gets

ND always replies that the current Board are all supporters so what are the benefits. We have been trying to get Delia linked into Supporters Direct as, despite what many on here believe, she has a great deal of interest in "sustainable football" with a community link. This is something many Trusts from clubs in the lower leagues (God, thats us now) have worked with to achieve their representation on their Club's Board.
I suspect the Club fears that one of the local cvociferous "spokespersons" for the fans would be elected.
