It's human nature for anyone to not ever back down or admit mistakes

The only time it is, is when it's a swipe at a previous regime, or said person to blame is dead

If it wasn't like that, people's heads about Hillsbrough would roll, as would any other public enquiry where blame isn't issued to anyone
