We just need stability. A manager with a long term plan who will not lose the failth of

the players or fans. A Bryan Gunn type figure, but with more managerial experience. I think Butters and Crooky are fine as coaches but I'm still not totally feeling Gunny as manager, he's done a good job but not sure he has got that tatical awareness.

Also 1 of Mumby and/or Doncaster need to be replaced with some fresh ideas on how the football club is run. The answers Doncaster gave Ben about not needing anyone with a footballing brain pre-empting disasters because that's the managers job is ludicrous and he somehow connected that to being a question about directors or football - you don't have to be a director of football to know the handeling of the Huckerby disaster was indeed that a disaster or having a team full of loons would be a great idea. Trust the manager but don't give him the ticket to do what the f**k he likes when he likes as that will ultimately lead to disaster like it did with Roeder. It worries me a lot that answer from doncaster, a lot.

Delia needs to sell up everyone knows including her, she needs to be life president and let someone take over the hard work and stress of it. If we go down and it's still an if, I don't think it will be as big a financial disaster as some are predicting, with our gates in that league we should have a comfortable budget to start re-buillding and it may be the opportunity of 2 steps back etc
