Some getting away from the regulation change of manager in the winter is also necessary. That's what's caused the mass turnover of playing staff and the reliance on loan players.
Some solidity - maybe finaced by sales of Croft and Clingan - would also be a help. I don't want to see them go, but it may have to happen.
I think Gunn is potentially a good manager. There have been enough good results and performances to be encouraged since he took over. The players he has got in have been decent. Losing away at Ipswich happens and we're not going to win every game. We might not even go down this season. If and when it happens, we will have to deal with it.
