The 'logic' behind it of finding a middle ground between the Premiership and Championship

Is surely a good thing? Clubs simply cant cope with the drop in income between the two. The problem being no tv broadcaster is going to pay the same tv money for PL1 and PL2 and we will just end up going round in a circle with the gap between PL1 and PL2 becoming just as the gap between the PL and CCC
