if we go down (I dont think we will) should we keep gunn?

i think so. He has shown enough and will get better with experience. (and i dont think we will do a leicester if we do go down). I may take a three year rebuild, but consistency is the key. (incidently i dont buy into the mr norwich city - bound to be good for us thoughts)
