depends what info you have

Say you have to win the hand but you only have 2 and a 6 off suit then acting 2nd is minimal use. Surely anyone can see that playing 2nd has BOTH advantages and disadvantages? Pressure to HAVE to win can result in a worse performance than if they didn't know.
