Reading rallying cry before saturday

I can't work out if that's:
A) a good piece of management that will get a reaction and result against Barnsley on saturday.
B) A desperate attempt by a manager that's seeing it all fall apart around his ears and can't find a way to stop it.

Either way I suppose it'll benefit us.
Win satdee, play-offs almost in the bag, if they are imploding though they are likely to still be doing it when they come to our place.

(i'm a little bored this avo, its friday, so i'm going through anything of slight interest/relevance on the beeb football site.)
