Gets past those silly traffic lights that block it for ages

Will that be it dualled all the way? Don't think so - that bit by the monument will still be single, no? It can be a pain as you always get stuck behind some lorry going at 20 with no opportunity to overtake (but at least you're moving - delighted they're fixing the Elvedon bit at last).

When will it be done?
