There is no rights issue as such...

Norwich and Ipswich have final rights owenership over their own material BUT it's quite a big outlay to beam it back.

As I said (as a fan) I would rather the club not waste money on it. It's not as if it adds to the atmosphere having 3k people cheering at a big screen!
