Wasn't the game that kicked off at 11.30 moved because of Sky ?

It was due at noon, but Sky changed it to 11.30 ?

I know Captain Pedants 21 & 28 will say that that was making the game earlier and not later, but surely the point is that Sky do have a final say in when the matches kick off ?
