OK. Here's mine

Choose a hrd cheese. Melt it down, and while it is still in its hot, molten state, wrap it around a limb in the form of a plaster cast. [This stage may hurt a bit I guess.]

Then allow the molten cheese to harden, and perhaps sign in a few places for authenticity. Bob's your uncle.
