I shall give that a go...and my top kitchen tip...
in a frying pan almost burn chopped onions and then add fresh and sun dried tomatoes, cook til juices are almost absorbed, add sultanas and add that to the cooked couscous (not forgetting the chicken stock) Decorate with freshly toasted pine nuts... i suggest serving it with....loads of meat and tons of red wine, it's the camel's bollox!
