there are bits of teaching which I don't enjoy and bits which I am just not very good at. It takes over your life. I still work with kids though and love it. With all the workforce remodelling I want to go along the pastoral route rather than the teaching route now that the two seem to be being divided. I'll see what comes up in the next few years but from what I can gather you can now become a SENCO or a year head without being a teacher. I'd much rather do those sort of jobs tbh. If nothing comes of the remodelling I might think about connexions or counselling.

How about you? Are you sorted for September? How did your PGCE lot get on finding jobs, a lot of my year struggled because there is just so much competition.
