We lack inspirational leaders and are nothing more than a disparate set of highly paid individuals. Dion Dublin papered over the cracks while he was here. Glenn Roeder was a clueless autocrat, exactly what we did not need at the time (particularly after Peter Grant).

You backed Glenn Roeder when nearly all had turned on him and you still appear to do so when it is blindingly obvious that he was clearly not what we needed. He is still out of work right? That must tell you something?

We will go down and we will not get back up until the current regime goes.

Sad but there it is.
