Yes the thing is 20 years ago we put ISCS live..

it was followed in 1996 by JSA, now there is so many add-ons , links to other benefit systems that it is so vast, at the begining it was never envisaged that we would have what we have today, when we are on nights we are doing nothing but checking all the systems are up from 4am till we finish at 7am we have to log in every one.
