I've just had a good s**t and a think about this.

I think if it would be proven he was well on the way to a heart attack anyway it will not be manslaughter but something along the lines of "unlawful death" or whatever it is they do. Police force in public disorder situations well needs looking into though.

For example, why pushover a pissed fella when there's a hooded kid with a hanky over his face who deserves a right smashing not 10 yards away?
