I dunt get that, because the league 1 chairmen have a potential CoI too dun't they?

I mean, wouldn't you love to have a team in your league next season start on minus 10? Wouldn't you prefer that to them having the points off this season, come down, and start on zero with the rest next year?
Especially one the size of saints AND if they maybe find a half decent backer for next year.
