only 3500 fans have actually got tickets in the norwich area and these are almost exclusively away season ticket holders or regular away travellers. Therefore lots of people who like to sing will be grouped together. The neutral section will obviously contain vocal supporters as well, but they might be more dilluted in there and not be able to create as good an atmosphere. However, I think the actual norwich end will be very loud.
