I normally just address that, think about it as more an obsessional thing

I could drink every day easily, but I've seen what it did/does to me, and what stopping does

Instead of sticking a brick wall in front of me and say no more, I just constantly tell myself to think about what's been drunk or how often it's been happening and act on it, have time outs etc
