I can't get my avi files to work

I've downloaded AutoGK freeware, which converts avi files fit to fit the screen (320-240 I think), and that works fine on it (I did an episode of lost, took a while, but I can get media onto the player easy enough with this program)

Seems nice otherwise, has a pointer to use the touch screen and that is attached to the unit on elastic and hangs freely

Dab is nice, mp3 works nice

Pretty impressive technology to me (although isn't altogether a great rec, cos to me, a p4 512mb pc is fast and lovely)

I love it though so far, screen rocks, sound rocks, it's a whole impressive new world to me :)
