Worthy is a decent guy, and can get decent guys to respect him and play for him

Therefore getting the best out of them.

Trouble is, IMHO, that can only take you so far, and at some point real tactical talent is required, which is what i'm not sure Worthy has.

Also, eventually, i don't think 'liking' the gaffer is enough, players have to have confidence in his ability.
It will work for a while but its an emporers clothes thing. At some point one of them may well start to say "well, he got that wrong, does this guy actually know what he's doing?"

All of this could also apply to Gunn, so it will be interesting to see how him and his team develop.
