I'm more amused and how easy it is to bypass Football League rules

You have to wonder why everyone else doesn't do it. West Ham's holding company went in to admin in November and I don't remember much of a fuss then. I suppose the difference is that West Ham's parent was a genuine bona fide business before the purchase whereas SLH is nothing of the sort.
