Not correct unless they go down

As I understand it itf they finish in the bottom 3 it would apply next season but if they finish outside the bottom 3 it is applied to this season and therefore effectively admin would relegate them.

The key point is whether the loophole over it being the parent company gets them off a deduction altogether!
