A "Travel and Leisure" company with no products, and a single subsidiary: Southampton Football Club.
No loophole there, then.

They'll still get the points penalty though, because it's not a point of law. The Football League have their own rules, and can do whatever they feel like (as we have seen many times in the past). They may even decide to punish them further.
