I wouldn't want to count on that

They have a fair bit of leeway within the rules. They had reasons to WANT to hammer Luton and Leeds (Luton for loads of bad publicity over the years and especially recently with the Newell business, and Leeds because Bates was blatantly trying to 'play' the rules and noisily - being Ken Bates - rub it in their faces).
Not sure they have such a reason to WANT to hammer Saints, who over the years have (like us) a reputation as a family club etc. etc.
