All in the head movement

you need to learn to have your head down but looking forwards, that way your shoulders don't rock, then learn to breath by tilting your head to the side (mainly learnt be have half the mouth in water and half out getting the breath innit)

Often good to learn to breath every 3 or 4 strokes to keep the technique going
