Goss made the point that the players had been getting 'ripped into' by both previous managers.
I think generally there is a place for it, footballers are just normal blokes underneath, epsecially at our level. Managers that take the time to recognise achievement, encourage, and resort to bollockings only when really needed will generally get he best out of people in all walks of life.
