That reminds me when you've been overcharged for something

so you ring them up and go "Hi, I think I've been over charged for this, can you look into it for me?"

Operator "are you sure, it says on here....."

You "yes, I'm pretty sure it's a mistake, I don't......."

Operator "ok, we'll look into it and get back to you"

Later that evening, talking to your mates

"I f**king rang f**king this up, and I f**king told em, I said "this is f**king wrong, and you're gonna f**king sort", and she did, cos I f**king told her!"
