Makes sense, i still disagree though. First time managers are ALWAYS a gamble.

All the coaching badgers in the world are worthless when you make that step to number 1.

Players seem to enjoy training with Grant, so surely that would indicate that maybe he had a future as a manager?
Turns out he didn't, I still don't mind though.

Not all good managers were top top level players, a lot were no better than average.
