you say they fail to learn but I disagree

but isn't the appointment of the current management team a reaction to the aleged Roeder problems - in that he didn't have any affinity with the fans or 'understand the club'.

They appointed Roeder (an experienced manager) because they were accused of appointing an inexperienced one in Grant.

You can't say they aren't trying to do things differently. The appointments haven't worked out for a variety of reasons but not because the Board keep making the same mistake.
