I know there are different sides of the fance here, but here's my comparison:
Delia lends money to NCFC, often at a low-interest figure. And often this debt will be converted into NCFC shares that, City's stockbroker will tell you, you can't get buyers for.

Meanwhile Gillette & Evans buy their clubs with huge loans, and then get the clubs to service those loans themselves!
