personally, i'd say no

the stuff they did for the foreign supporters groups would be an indication of that, the fact that they could've had more than the 20,000 season ticket holders but capped it at that and introduced a waiting list too

as a non-season ticket holder myself, i think i preferred the hat-trick plan to the supermembership as it guarranteed me X-number of games, not sure what would happened to my chances of getting tickets if there's a silly number of Supermembers though, but not had any problems so far
