well if it was an interview in the same country i think it would be understandable

but this is a fair whack for me to pay just to be interviewed, so I think it's only fair that they pay it.

If i do pay it, it should at a time that i choose so i can combine it with a staycation.

I think they are desperate to get someone in as soon as possible, but they are attracted by the fact that i would require far less training than other candidates.
