I have spoken to my manager here in Rennes and I'm confident that a solution is possible with regards to my two months notice.

I understand that you also have constraints in terms of time-scale and budget for this recruitment so maybe a phone interview next week would be a good alternative to a preliminary face-to-face meeting.
