80% of the posters will only ever be those that have some kind of grievance, and i'd be surpised if more than 40% of them had any real substance.
The reader won't get to see the details of the incident though, you the (likely) bile inflected rating that has been posted to that professional.
If you go to the doctors, have a check up, get told you are fine, and go home, are you going to get in and go
"Oh must rate that experience online"? Are you bollocks.
Its a terrible idea, all those rated will look s**te, because only those that want to complain will bother.
And those wanting to complain will (in most cases) be a tiny minority.
As an idea, there is a germ of merit in there, however, I know how good my GP is, because she's been excellent in all the dealings we've had with her, and incredibly supportive for my wife, and willing to take the time to listen an explain.
I don't need other peoples comments to know that, i'm capable of working it out for myself.
