yeah, the boss knows i'm looking to leave, but i had told him 'this year' not 'this month'

i should think he'll be unkeen for me to make a quick exit, but it might be worth me asking him. And i don't know why he'd pay for me to have an interview elsewhere (apart from tax, i suppose). The two companies are totally independent.

What's pissed me off the most is the fact that this interviewer didn't seem to want to know when I mentioned expenses ('that's not something we pay for. some people are travelling across switzerland to see us"). I want this job (i think), but i know i shouldn't show my weak negotiation skills the first time they try to stonewall me.

Maybe in the long term, they aren't the sort of people i want to work for, but at the moment, i just really need a job in Geneva and this is one that I know i can do.
