more recruitment tips needed

I really want to relocate to Geneva and the Swiss branch of my current company is now recruiting. I sent my CV off and got a call back with ten minutes - they want me to go for an interview.

thing is, they say it's urgent and that they won't pay travel expenses. I'm going to have to fork out about 500 Eur for travel and will probably have to turn down the job anyway due to need two months notice for my current boss.

I'm planning on suggesting a telephone interview. Any advice on how to phrase it (i put on my application letter 'available for an interview at any time').
