...flew into Brescia, stayed in Verona for three nights, did a day trip to Venice and a day round Verona, then travelled down to Rimini for a night in San Marino, then, got the train to Milan for 4 3 nights, having a day round Milan and a day trip to Genoa, before returning to Brescia for the return flight.

That was a week. Would rather had spent 2.
