Unpopular opinion, but I always rated Shackell

Deeply, deeply unfashionable I know, but I was quietly happy when Doherty's contract ran out at the end of last season. I don't wish the bloke anything bad, I just wished he'd quietly bugger off somewhere else.

Then Roeder gave him a new contract and gave Shackell the arse and I though "Fuck me, this is going to be a long and painful year."

What do you know, we might get away with it after all.
