That story is crazy- as hard to comprehend to me as the idea of Harry Redknapp ever winning a long service award. Like you, it was physically impossible when I was at school to do 5 A'levels, we were only allowed to do 3 plus 'General Studies'. Mind you whenever I interview someone I always place their knowledge of football and allegiances higher on my priority list than grades. A binner with twelvety As is still self evidently unemployable.
