Another back from the game post

First off, hats off to the fans today. Lots of noice compared with recent weeks, lots of singing, lots of OTBC and Y'army - nice to see and hear. Really got behind the team from the off.

First half absolutely nothing to shout about. A bright first 10-15 minutes then the game just turned into a sunday afternoon pub league scrap. Can't think of 1 chance they had on target, didn't post a threat. Shackell solid at the back, Crofty running his heart out, Otsemobor solid too. as usual, can't really think of anyone who stood out.

Second half however - f**k me what a different team!!!

We were dinging it about, really going for it. Gow especially! We were threatening on the break and Mooney's goal - well taken, well placed - quality goal. You could see how much it meant to him as he ran into the Barclay.

Didn't see the sending off as had to scoot get the 5pm train back to dirty Essex, but this could well be the turning point....
