...popped in a few days ago, they don't even ask for A Levels from school and college leavers these days, as the results, according to the head of HR, "mean nothing" as regards to the capabilities of someone doing the role they expect of them.

They have an interview, with those that pass doing an all day assessment centre-they've got people with A Levels and people who left school with no qualifications, often, the latter are the managers of the former.

Their approach to graduates is similar.

It must be great for both candidates and schools/colleges etc that the results are so high, but if this company, Bracknell-based, a major UK and international company, have this approach, I suspect, so will many more.
