Difference tonight - Mooney and Gow

They were fantastic tonight. We actually looked (at long last) like we had two players offering some quality up front that provided a real threat. Both were pacey, never shirked going for headers (actually won more in the air than we've seen from Cort) and looked to get shots away when they could. Gow in particular looked very good on the ball, both when dribbling and looking to bring other players in. Mooney's work rate was impressive, always looking for space and making a lot of good runs. The midfield and back line were all good tonight, as we've seen before this season, but Gow and Mooney (and bless him Cody) gave us something up front we haven't really seen all season (Leroy Lita included).
