The irony from the NISCA meeting............. ....

was that Mumby said his two biggest mistakes was appointing Grant and Roeder...........

YET......... Roeder did achieve EXACTLY what he was asked to do.
He kept us up when we were buried.
He also spent basically NO money.

Saying that........... I agree that Roeder should have been sacked when he did.
He had totally lost the crowd but really the crowd was venting against the board as much as Roeder but as we know the board never gets the blame.

Not sure if we would have been in a better or worse position.
Hard to imagine being in a worse position though.
